VoxLead is not a law firm. We do not give legal advice, represent anyone, or decide whether a firm takes a case. An attorney at the firm makes those decisions, and every caller is told so.
The rules every intake call follows
No legal advice, ever
The intake specialist never gives legal advice, never says a caller "has a case", never promises representation and never says a conflict is cleared.
Honest about what happened
Every step of an intake is checked. If a booking, alert or delivery fails, we say so, create a follow-up and fix it. We never report success that did not happen.
Case facts stay with the firm
Texts to callers confirm the appointment and nothing else. The facts of a matter go only to the firm.
Each firm kept apart
Every firm's records are separated from every other firm's, and call recordings are stored privately.
Callers are told who they are speaking with
Every call starts with the intake specialist saying it is the firm's intake assistant and that the call may be recorded.
